Professor Anne Kavanagh was awarded an ARC Linkage Project grant in 2014 to investigate employment outcomes for people with disability. It is a longitudinal study of people with disability presenting at employment services providers which surveys their education, previous work experiences, and their aspirations and need for support in the employment arena. IDES have a range of industry partners from the disability sector and from employment services providers.
